The Lakes Motel is a comfortable 15 unit motel which was opened in October 2003. The motel compromises of 10 x Studios - sleeping 2 to 3 people, 3 x 1 Bedroom units - sleeping 2 to 4 people and 2 x 2 Bedroom units - sleeping 2 to 5 people.
All units are extremely quiet as sound proof insulation and noise glass have been used throughout the complex.
The units are very spacious and all contain:
- air conditioning / heat pumps
- central heating
- full kitchen and bathroom facilities (including hair dryer)
- king sized beds with electric blankets
- double spa units in 13 units
- 21 inch Sky TV
- 2 units with disabled access facilities
- guest laundry
- ironing facilities
- all units are non-smoking
