CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION: Valid Credit Card details need to be provided. These details will be stored until either check out or cancellation (see Credit Card Processing below). We reserve the right to verify the credit card to make sure the details are correct. This verification would appear on your online statement for 5 to 7 working days and then will be removed as the transaction will not be processed.

Payment is expected upon arrival.

When you book direct with us, there are no credit card surcharges for Visa or Mastercard.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: Payment is made upon guest arrival. If arriving AFTER OFFICE HOURS, which is 7:00pm, the credit card on file will be charged. The credit card on file may also be charged if there are any damages or items missing. There will be a credit card charge in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of a 2pm arrival or in the event of a no show. Please see our Cancellation Policy.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: If booking is cancelled or amended within 48 hours of 2pm on arrival date, the first night's tariff will be charged. If booking is cancelled or amended 3 days or more prior to stay there will be no charge. A NO SHOW will incur the total cost of the booking.

GROUPS of more than 4 Units: Please contact the property directly for the cancellation policy if you are booking more than 4 units. Special conditions apply.

MAADI CUP CANCELLATION POLICY: Any reservations for MAADI CUP (28/03/2021 to 03/04/2021) will follow the below policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required by February 1, 2020. If booking is cancelled or amended prior to 14 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited. If the booking is cancelled or amended within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the booking total will be due.
**ALL CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AT MANAGERS DISCRETION**

A Child under 2 is free when using existing beds. Any extra person over the age of 2 is charged $30 per night.

Payment is expected at time of arrival.

I accept responsibility for the unit contents and it's security. I am prepared to pay for any damages or items missing at check out.

Units and other buildings are smoke free zones.
Smoking inside of the unit or office is subject to a minimum charge of $200.

No pets are allowed inside the units or on the property without managements approval.

I will keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9pm and 8am. I will not undertake any odorous cooking or a fee may apply.

I have provided the correct number of people (including infants) staying in the unit. I will check out by 10:00am on day of departure.
